pafin Inc. (Co-chairman: Amin Azmoudeh and Gaku Saito, hereinafter “pafin”), a startup focused on the development of infrastructure and services related to Web3, has signed a basic agreement regarding a collaboration for the promotion and acceleration of the proliferation and social adoption of Web3 with both NTT Docomo and NTT Digital.
We at pafin are committed to promoting collaboration between the upcoming blockchain wallet developed by NTT Digital and our existing Web3 services. We aim to provide accounting and tax integration through cryptact, the leading automatic profit and loss calculation service for crypto-assets (cryptocurrency), and defitact, our integrated asset management and visualization service for DeFi, NFTs and other on-chain activity.
Our vision is to foster the creation of an environment where individuals and companies can easily and securely access and utilize Web3 and blockchain technology.
Background of the Collaboration
NTT Digital was established with the global mission of being a Web3 enabler, facilitating the easy and secure utilization of Web3 and blockchain technology for individuals and businesses. This is part of the broader societal implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies, including blockchains (*1). In addition to system development, NTT Digital is actively involved in creating and implementing rules for the generation and adoption of use cases, aiming to contribute to the development and revitalization of the Web3 market.
pafin launched cryptact, the leading cryptocurrency profit and loss calculation service, in December 2017. In June 2023, we released defitact a Web3 asset management and visualization service for on-chain activity. Through these services, we are actively contributing to the development of Web3 infrastructure and sustainable operations for the Web3 era (*2).
Recognizing the strengths of both companies, we have reached an agreement to collaborate the development and revitalization of Web3 by establishing infrastructure that is essential to the ecosystem.

Integration overview
In collaboration with the services provided by pafin, namely cryptact and defitact, the upcoming blockchain wallet service being developed by NTT Digital is expected to offer a comprehensive range of features. In addition to wallet functions such as payments and transfers, the new blockchain wallet service will enable centralized asset management and profit-loss calculations. This integration will provide users with a seamless and consolidated experience, allowing them to perform all these functions within a single service.
