| Terms and conditions for cancellation | The renewal of all paid plans can be cancelled online through the service’s setting page. Once a paid plan is cancelled, automatic renewal will be disabled, and the plan will remain active until the subscription end date. Due to the seasonal and short-term nature of the service, no refunds are made once payment is processed for a subscription. |
